Sony Cybershot DSCW120/B 7.2MP Digital Camera Review

Sony Cybershot DSCW120/B 7.2MP Digital Camera with 4x Optical Zoom with Super Steady Shot

I have always been a fan of Sony and was using the same Sony camera for past 3 years. Although I was well satisfied with its performance, I wanted to have a camera, which I could carry around in a pocket. Many times, I just did not want to carry that heavy camera to an outing, party or an event but now, with my new camera, I am able to carry it most of the times in my pocket and never miss any unexpected moment.

The picture quality, it produces, is stunning and the 8mp 3x zoom is able to produce a picture which can be cropped to a point which I could almost have with a lens of 5mp 12x zoom. Its movie feature has been extremely wonderful, even in comparison to my former camera. I feel great while holding this quality and solid camera in my hand. As I have already used Sony digicams before, I found its menus very intuitive and I never felt the need to refer to its user’s manual.

There is a Print/ Share button on the camera, which enables me to directly print the photographs I click, also download them on my PC, and send them to my friends and family members. Photos in 28 sizes can be printed from this camera and the Movie Print feature enables me to print multiple still images from a movie on a sheet with a compact photo printer. The High ISO features of the camera reduce the camera shake effects and sharpen the subjects in situations of low light, thus providing a greater flexibility while shooting. There are 18 different shooting modes out of which 9 are special scene modes. By using all these modes, photographs can be clicked in almost every situation ranging from low light to bright light conditions and also outdoor and indoor.
